We're looking for a colleague in our team as Process Specialist

At Solar, innovation and excellence are at the heart of everything we do. The Operations Process & Projects team plays a key role in driving transformation across Operations and other business areas. We lead large-scale change initiatives in warehousing, transport, technology implementation, and customer onboarding. 
Our team is made up of dedicated Solarians, supported by external Project Managers when needed. Based primarily at Solar HQ in Vejen, Denmark, we work dynamically, collaborating virtually and sometimes traveling to stay close to the action. The Process & Projects department thrives on energy, adaptability, and a shared commitment to making a real impact. 

Work location: Kumla/Sweden, Alkmaar/Holland, or Gardermoen/Norway 

Primary & Key Responsibilities  
In this role, you will lead change initiatives within Operations to drive transformation and efficiency across the organization. You will be responsible for driving performance-enhancing tasks, projects, and processes, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with strategic goals. A key part of the position involves managing customer onboarding projects across Solar, securing smooth and successful implementation. You will also set clear expectations and deadlines, working collaboratively with teams to deliver high-quality results. 
Furthermore, you will:  

• Facilitate productive meetings and workshops, ensuring outcomes are actionable and valuable. 
• Proactively communicate project status and key updates to Steering Group members. 
• Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains. 
• Drive process enhancements by collaborating with local teams and ensuring changes are well-documented. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and sharing insights across subsidiaries. 
• Assess training needs, develop impactful training materials, and deliver sessions in partnership with local managers and departments. 
• Support strategic initiatives by contributing to business case development through thorough analysis and actionable recommendations. 

Key deliverables include the effective execution and timely delivery of change projects. This is supported by clear and impactful communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and a continuous focus on improving business processes through ongoing optimization efforts.

Required qualifications: 

• Educational background in project management or a related field  
• Proven experience in leading and delivering change projects  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills  
• Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities  
• Proficient in project management tools and software  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
