• Collaborate with Category Management, Market Management and the Sales department to understand, challenge and develop competitive chargeback processes and strategies
• Identify simplification and alignment opportunities in the way we handle chargeback processes globally
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with an analytical mind and business acumen. To succeed in the position, we believe a degree in accounting, business, finance or related field would be beneficial. Previous knowledge of financial procedures and practices related to chargebacks in the sourcing or distribution industry is considered an advantage.
As you will be working with documentation, terms and agreements, we imagine that you are able to maintain overview, whilst at the same time being detail-oriented with a vigilance for ensuring accurate work.
We expect you to be proactive in raising issues, and have the courage to challenge your colleagues and stakeholders. You are a structured person who enjoys solving problems, identifying root causes, and are able to motivate and connect with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You have extensive working knowledge of Excel, and preferably experience with SAP.
The work location is Gardermoen, Norway. We are an international organisation with colleagues in different countries, so it is essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues in both English and Norwegian.
