We are looking for a Material Planning Supporters to develop and support growing organization of Material Planning in our Shared Service Center. You will get unique opportunity to be a part of a team and together with them develop a leading shared Material Planning department within a global company.
What will you be doing you ask?
Your primary tasks will be monitoring and aligning delivery times with suppliers. You will enter confirmation dates on new purchase orders in our SAP system and expedite these purchase orders with suppliers if needed. Furthermore, you will perform data analysis on material shortages and delays in delivery. You will be responsible for problem solving in connection to all questions in our department mailbox. Additionally you will coordinate actions with material planning specialist and managers to understand demand and supply needs to support operational goals.
What do we wish to see in you?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person who wants to step in and be a part of a team working in international environment. You have a relevant bachelor or master degree combined with some years of professional experience within planning, purchasing or customer service area. As a person you are open minded, communicative, collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to think outside the box. It is important that you are customer oriented, flexible and service minded, and since our corporate language is English, you are expected to speak and write it fluently.
Regarding IT skills, we expect you to be good at MS Excel and have some experience with ERP & MRP systems, preferably SAP.
